Thoughts From Matt
I am Matt Gorr, an easy-going, peace-seeking, cake-eating guy. I'm known for never taking things seriously, but not being to much of a goof off.
I honestly don't care what other people think about me, I think it is a waste of time to care about what 'others ' think of you, because you only live once, and why don't you do what you want to do and not what society wants you to do.
I also try not to be in a bad mood, mad or sad, or tired, I think that's a waste of time, too. Why spend life crying and being angry when you can spend it frolicking through fields and spending time to the people closest to your heart, because hey, you might die tomorrow in a car accident or a bite from a rare, poisonous, African spider.
Just realize there will be some good people in your life, and some bad people. The good people truly care for you and want to help you, and love to see you happy. The bad people make fun of you, use you for things like money or power, and spit on you in the end.
Just ask yourself when your confused, will this make me happy? Should I not make this decision? Do I really give a crap? Make sure you are happy whatever you do, whether it be the satisfactory of a job well done, the joy ness of peace and tranquility, or the wonderfulness of falling in love. And if you don't give a crap, look towards the well being of others, or what you feel is right, what your 'gut-feeling' tells you.
Also remember life's nothing to get stressed over, if something or someone is annoying you, just remember, it shouldn't matter what that person thinks about you, your who you are, not that person. Just think, if you're called a loser in high school, do you really think that's going to matter when you get out of high school, as long as you have some true friends and and effort to live God's gift of life, you'll be happy.
People say all that stuff about Jesus isn't 'cool' or is a 'waste of time, I'd have to disagree. Unless you want to , literally, go to hell, i suggest you listen. God loves you, if you do something bad, ask for forgive ness, you got it. There's just a small catch, you have to forgive others. Look at it this way, everything in God's plan is going to end up with everybody happy and satisfied with life. So just try it, pray, give thanks, ask for forgiveness and guidance, tell Him your troubles, then say 'amen.' Just try it, money back, guaranteed.
