Highland Jr./Sr. High School is part of the Highland
Community School District. It is located 17 miles
south of Iowa City, just off highway 218. The school
was built in 1965. There are approximately 285
students attending grades 7 - 12.
Highland offers a varied curriculum as well as a
range of extracurricular activities. As of now, two
classes as well as a sports activity at this point in
time. Also, in one of it's many classes, Computer
Applications is at work here on this website. This
