This biography will explore the life of Nancy Lee Lindley. Nancy was born Nancy Moe in Madison, WI, USA in a hospital. She was born the daughter of LaVerne and Eva Moe. Eva Moe, Nancy's mother, was one of three children in her family. Eva's parents were Orville and Myrtle. She was one of 2 kids in her family, having a brother, Cleo. Eva has had 2 different jobs; she was a teacher's aide, and she now works at a Isaac's store in Mt. Horeb. My grandpa's name was LaVerne Moe. LaVerne's parents were Henry and Alma Moe. He was one of 4 kids. The other 3 were Delma, Gloria, and Don. He passed away a couple of years ago, thus making it pretty hard for him to still be with my grandma. ||||||||Nancy has 2 brothers, Steve and Scott, and 3 sisters, Gail, Linda, and Sherrie. The first thing she said she could remember was playing with her friends. She liked to ride bikes when she was young also. Her favorite food is pizza. She was very young when she first did chores around the house. The first holiday she can rememeber is Christmas. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter were celebrated by Nancy's family. ||||||||Nancy began attending grade school in Madison at a public school. She attended a kindergarten that was a short bus ride from her home. Nancy had a best friend whose name was also Nancy, Nancy Rodgers. Nancy's (Lindley) favorite subject in school was math. She liked to play kickball at recess. She stayed in the same grade school until she was done with it. She said that when it came to middle school, she no longer had a favorite subject, but that she disliked history. \||||||||\Birthdays in Nancy's family were celebrated by family parties. She looked forward to her 18th birthday because then she would be close to graduating. She attended high school at Wisconsin Heights. She had the opportunity to pick her courses. She worked 20+ hours each week for a whopping $1.50 paycheck. The money was usually spent on clothes. During her teen years she found a new best friend named Julie. When she graduated, Nancy began going to work. Her goal was to raise a family. ||||||||||Nancy is in good health because she eats right and has physicals. Her proudest moment, or acheievement, has been her children, Brandon and Nate. The best decision she says she has ever made has been to marry her husband, Jim. She is still in love with her husband and claims it is wonderful. She says if she could do anything over, it would have been to study harder.
