It was not unexpected that Megan Short decided to start a venture dealing with children. Born into a large family of three siblings, Megan has had great experiences dealing with kids. She frequently baby-sits her younger brither and is also asked often to watch her cousins and neghbors. A babysitting business is ideal for her character. Megan gets along with children very well. She knows how to deal with them correctly and has had years of past babysitting experience. She already completed the St. John's Ambulance Babysitting Course and learned a lot about how to deal with children. Also, she gained previous work experience through volunteering at the Janeway for two years and working with child related activities such as McDonald Drive Haunted House. In High School Megan is presently completeing an Enterprise course to help her with the business related aspects of this venture. Togehter with her past experience she is perfect for this business. Given Megan's hands-on business experience, positive attitude, warm and hard-working personality, and numerous accounts with children, she is sure to have a successful business.

It was no surprise that Salim Semsarilar chose to start a venture associating with children. Salim grew up in a family of five, who was alwasy subjected to kids. Therefore he alwasy would be asked to baby-sit and became comfortable in this enviroment. His younger brother and many other neighbors and family members would have the opportunity to be babysat by him. Through this experience Salim has gained the appreciation of children. Salim has an excellent personality that really complements his babysitting skills. His fun and energetic qualities make him a joy to be around. He also is very creative and imaginative which makes him the right person for this venture. Salim previously completed the St. John's Ambulance Babysitting Course where he developed the right skills for this venture. He has also been babysitting his brother and relatives for the past five years. Presently in High School Salim is compeleting the course Enterprise 3205. Here he learned the many sides of managing and planning a business. These skills will greatly benefit Salim while planning this venture. Given Salim's education in Enterprise, positive attitude, determined traits and past experiences with children he is sure to make his venture successful.

It was no shock that Christina O'Grady chose to start a venture to childcare. Growing up in a family that included her younger sister, and many younger cousins, Christian has had great experience with looking after children of many different ages. Christina babysits all of the time for her sister, cousins, and for neghbors and friends of the family. Christina works with children extremely well, and get along with them just great. Her past year of babysitting have helped her to develop these skills. She has completed the St. John's Ambulance Babysitting Course, and has learned about a great deal of first-aid for younger children. She has had previous work experience with children such as, babysitting for other families and the McDonalnd DRive Haunted House, and also reffing for tennis at Wedgewood Park. Currently in High School, Christina is completing the Enterprise Course to help to further develop her business skills in becoming an entrepreneur. All of these skills will help Christina to further pursue this venture. Given Christina's hard working and fun qualities, positive attitude, and business experience, and numerous babysitting jobs with children, her venture is sure to be great and successful.
