General Answering Service is an established family business
that for many years has provided a unique service to that of other answering
services. Ours is an answering service with the "Personal Touch."
It is our goal to refrain from becoming just another "computer-operator"
answering service. Our equipment provides our operators with the ability
to differentiate each individual call. The incomming calls become one
in a "queue," each ring being recognizable for the specific
cliet. This allows the service to remain personalized.
The detailed profile each client provides gives us the information that
permits our operators to become familiar with the nature of your business
