==Argents Park makes a brief appearance in the story. "Argent" is French for "money," which is exchanged there.

==My ongoing nods to Radiohead pop up unassumingly, with several lines in the story hailing from their latest album, Hail to the Thief.

==Though the song didn't really inspire the story, U2's "Elevation" was probably a latent influence of some kind along with Aerosmith's innuendo-drenched tune "Love in an Elevator."
