Divorce Claims / Spousal Deception
/ Surveillance - $10.00 per hour
(Plus reimbursement of any supplies and needed services)
Process Service - $10.00 per document plus $0.15 per mile (Both Ways) for service in Marion and Winston Counties, Alabama.
Process Service - $15.00 per document plus $0.25 per mile (Both Ways) for service outside of Marion and Winston Counties, Alabama.
Process service is available for Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virgina. Process will be served within 24 hours of receipt in our office.
