many 70s Glam fans are familiar with Blue's hits such as 'DANCIN ON A SAT. NITE', 'HOT SHOT', and several others all have the trademark glam stomp/beat, handclaps, electric guitar, etc. but those who took a closer look on his lps, b sides, and so on found a whole TREASURE trove of classic glam rockers and disco rock numbers which made for some of the very best music of the 70s in this category, BLUE was a pop maestro first, glam rocker 2nd and disco rocker 3rd, along with his writing partner the BEAUTIFUL LYNSEY de PAUL, they wrote some of the best songs of the era, allthough really only u.k. and europe fans are familiar with their music, in the states they remain for the most unknown,
a dj in some state in this country if they have not allready done so needs to introduce BLUE's music to the masses, originally we reviewed several of his well known songs when we began this site back in '99 on our page 4, in late ' 04 we were sent a cd of Barry's hits , which also contained superb lp tracks, b sides, and a previously unreleased #, please read our reviews and buy this cd, you'll be really happy once you've heard the underside of glam.........'got a ticket, a one way ticket, ooohhh, got a ticket a one way ticket to the blues'..........!

So IMHO the more we chant, the more we send out transcendental vibrations, the better off we are, and the better off the world is.
