Features :

)1  Blasted profile only needs 1 ~ 2 minutes etching to obtain matt E-6 satin finish on aluminium extruded shapes, saving valuable etching chemicals (caustic soda and additives) and heating energy. The result is a green environmant and perfect satin finish free of die-lines and structural streaking (a problem mostly observed in etched surface of aluminium)

2) High processing speed. The machine can process 5 ~10 profiles with length of 6 ~ 7 meters at one time (four sides processed). Maximum processing speed is 12mtr/min and at an average time of 5 ~ 6 seconds per batch. The annual processing capacity is 6,000 ~ 8,000 tons (estimate base on standard profile).

Özellikleri:

1. Kumlama makinasından geçen profiller, kostik banyosunda 1-2 dakikada E6 mat yüzey görünümüne kavuşurlar. Böylece sud kostik sarfiyatında ve atıksu arıtım maliyetinde  tasarruf sağlanır.
2. Yüksek üretim hızı. Makinada boyu 6-7 metre olan profillerden 5-10 adedi bir arada işlemden geçirilmektedir (profillerin dört yüzeyi işlemden geçiyor). İşlem hızı 12 m7dk (en fazla). Her bir parti için 5-6 saniye gerekir. Ortalama profil ağırlığı dikkate alınırsa yıllık işleme kapasitesi 6.000-8.000 ton’dur.
