Resturant Style Pizza Crust
1 Cup Water (warm)
2 Tbl. Milk
1 1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbl. Butter Flavored Shortning
1 Tbl Olive Oil
1 Tbl. Semolina Flour
1 Cup All Purp Flour
2 Cups Bread Flour
1 1/4 Tsp. Yeast (fast acting)
Add ingredients in order given to your bread machine, select dough mode. When machine is finished place into a oiled plastic bag and let sit for another 15 min. Deflate gently (in bag) push into pizza pans and top as disired.Bake at 425, check in 25 min.if not done keep checking every 5 min.
Pizza dough can be keept for two days in refrigerater, in oiled plastic bag.
