This little farm in Nepal is typical
of many we saw on our walks. The land all around has been terraced in order that the soil can be kept on the steep hillsides. Here they grow crops of wheat in the winter and rice during the summer monsoon. The valley below is shrouded in a thick blanket of fog for most of the time. |
