 | There are a number of animal enclosures at the end of the path. This magnificent lion and his mate occupy one of them. There is very little in the way of wild game in Gambia, most of it having been hunted to extinction in colonial times so this is one of the few opportunities to see big game. There are others at Sindola Game Park but that is a three hour journey away. |
