 | We first visited Spain in 1971 when our children were small and we spent our holidays at seaside resorts in the Barcelona area. This is the Sagrada Familia Cathedral in that city. It was begun at the turn of the last century and is the work of Antonio Gaudi. It is a most unusual building, quite unlike any cathedral you have ever seen before. It is still a long way from being completed, a major problem being that much of the architectural plan was in the head of Gaudi when he died in 1934 after being knocked down by a tram.
