Selphie Tilmitt

Selphie is the Marsha Brady of Final Fantasy VIII, she's good at everything, is the president of the fan club she's created for Laguna Loire or "Sir Laguna", she's got an overabundance of energy, and has Rinoa and Quistis scowling in the background grumbling "Selphie, Selphie, Selphie!". She's a decent character, a bit too bubbly for me, but she does have some worthwhile skills. I, personally, have never seen her final limit skill, I have read of its monumental effects and shere apocalyptic value, but..."The End" has never come for me, bummer. All in all, she's kind of annoying at times, even Irvine has to mentally note that she can be a little overboard (that is if you put him in her party going to the missle base). She and Zell basically tie on my list, they're both good characters, we all know one in real life and that's the problem, not many of us want to play a game in which their best friend's little sister and the school hall monitor tag along for the ride.

Description
Selphie seems out of place in a military academy because of her innocent appearance and light-hearted personality. Her happy-go-lucky dispostion and laid-back attitude tend to catch others off guard.

Limit Skills

Full-Cure
This spell works like Phoenix, it revives anyone who's KO'd and completely restores their HP. It can be a lifesaver in a boss fight
Wall
It casts Protect and Shell on the party, reducing damage from physical and magic attacks. Again, it can be useful in boss fights, but it's kind of rare.
Rapture
Rapture takes an enemy and floats them off the battlefield, effectively ending the fight. It doesn't work on bosses, though, which is kind of a bummer.
The End
Okay, as stated before, I've never actually seen this limit break occur, but it's supposed to just whoosh the enemy, including bosses, away from the battle and end it. If you've seen it, good for you, if not, then join my "woe is me campaign" and place Selphie in the back of the line of potential party members.
