Once captain of the Darkhorse, Bantam was murdered by a crewman during a shipping run of valuable goods, which the man then pirated from the vessel..

Upon his death, the Darkhorse became the property of his young daughter, Jasmine, and with it the spirit of her father. Though dead, Bantam's soul could find no peace on the spectral plane, fearing his daughter's wellbeing, his spirit returned to his ship, where he has haunted it since two days past his burial at sea.

Appearance: Because he is essentially a ghost, Bantam has no color to his flesh or his hair. His clothes shifted to a more elegant dress in black, his cloak lined in white satin. His sword thinned, becoming spectral along with the rest of him.

New Strengths and Weaknesses: Being dead has it's advantages. Though his body appears solid on sight, he is completely intangible, having no true physical presence and can fade at will. He is able to touch objects and people through concentration and effort, but more often than not will abstane from doing so. His only weakness now is souly his daughter Jasmine, he still protects her as he did while alive, and either causing harm to her or thinking about causing harm to her will only invoke his wrath.

New Skills and Abilities: He is now able to wander unseen unless choosing to make his body visible, though he does not wander the spectral plane. He can walk through people, invoking fear and confusion and he can physically harm them if he chooses to. He can only speak through telepathy, adding to his ability to confuse and dumbfound the living. His sword, though maintaining it's whip qualities, is now more deadly than before, striking through the body and injuring the very soul of his victim.
