Cait Sith

Cait Sith is my fifth favorite character. Why? Well, I'll tell you. He may not be the most powerful, but what he lacks in braun he more than makes up for with humor and ability with magic. When a character can make you laugh simply by looks, then they're worth keeping around, I mean, honestly, wouldn't you get a daily chuckle out of seeing a toy cat standing atop a huge stuffed Mog? I would, and do. Aside from his humor, he's actually a rather powerful ally, his Dice attack is a monster as his levels increase and Slot may not always hit what you want, when you want it to, but when it does, stand back and watch the forces of evil get duped or pounded to Kingdom Come. He's also a great damage magnet and an above par magic user. Load him down with the best materia you've got, stuff him in the back row and watch him thrive, because he's better used as a medic and magical powerhouse than a frontline attacker. Often overlooked, he's a fantastic addition to a party when strategy is key to survival.

Description
Cait Sith rides around on the back of a huge stuffed Mod he magically brought to life. Megaphone in hand, he's always shouting orders and creating dopey attacks. When his slot machine attack works, the enemy lines look like an overturned toy box. His hobby is fortune-telling, but like his personality, it's pretty unreliable.

Limit Skills

Level One
Dice starts Cait Sith off with a nice physical damage based attack that can be long range or short range. It's also cumulative, so as Cait's levels grow, so does the amount of damage he can inflict with this skill.
Level Two
Slots is a series of seven different attacks that can be extremely helpful to you. Only one can injure the party, and it's the rarest of all to obtain. Unfortunately, there are times when a particular skill is forced upon you, but it's always something helpful. Get three stars on the slots and you obtain Mog dance. What it does is cures all ill status effects and restore the party's HP and MP, working like an Elixer and a Remedy combined. Get three kings and you've obtained Toy soldier. This is a physical attack as six little toy soldiers appear and stomp the competition. Three bars will get you Summon, and Cait Sith will call upon a random summon that is determined by the game. Manage to roll three Mogs and you'll get Transform where Cait Sith will grow into a massive version of himself and stomp the enemy lines. Only he receives experience for this, the others all disappear until the battle is over. Three hearts will get you Lucky Girl a party-based booster that bumps their hit percentage up to 100%, ensuring a perfect attack ratio. Roll two Cait Sith's and a bar and it's lights out. Death to All is exactly what it's name implies, your entire party is killed, game over. Three Cait Sith's is the one you're aiming for, Instant Victory is the clincher limit in Cait's skills, it's an instant win if you manage to roll it, which is exceedingly difficult and ultra-rare.
