Guess who it is! Inspired by an event that happened to me during Halloween, the Unknown Fool represents all that I love. Fun, ignorance, cartoon liscensing and corny jokes! I also find it strange that I've drawn this mother fucker a considerable amount of times in my sketchbook, yet I only have two commercialized pics featuring him.
