I couldn’t say good-bye, I couldn’t let you go.

Stay a little longer, for me. Close your eyes, take my hand in yours and stare up at the sky.

Blue to Black, Clouds to stars, the night comes and I am still with you.

Green to White, hot to cold, the seasons change and I am still with you.

Another day passes, another smile is brought to my face, another tear falls from my eye, your hand still in mine, our eyes still closed.
