This
picture of a tornado and lightning strike over Lake Okeechobee was taken at about 10:00 PM on June 15, 1991. The photographer was Fred Smith and I would like to see the day come when it is no longer presented as a photo of recent weather events. It's remarkable enough just being what it is.
