1983 Pontiac Parisienne 4 Door
This was the best big car that we've built thus far. The body was in great shape, no rust anywhere, and we swapped engines and put in a really strong running 305.
We ran this one in Campbellford (2 heats), Stirling (2 heats) and Port Hope (2 heats). After the amazing paint job we did on it to win best painted in Campbellford, we were shafted and the organizers cousin won it with a plain red car with a huge budweiser beer bottle on the top. The car preformed ok, but we never won anything with it. Peter made good hits, and took some, especially in the drivers door in Stirling (AGAIN). After all was said and done, the body is royally screwed. the ass end was straight up in the air, but it got pushed back down with the loader when we moved it. The motor was still good, but we used a bunch of parts off of it for a 350 chev that we're gonna be using in 2001.
