Chanya placed the white rose down carefully, then taped the note she wrote next to it, "Dear SA, I accept you and I'm waiting for you to reveal yourself. -Chanya." She sighed and strolled into the house. ******************************************************************** Nanook jumped into the car and revved the engine, he got the job!!! He flew down the road, listening to, "Well, today Nanook's supposed to show up for the noon till 7 shift, he'll be here shortly. Here's new from Eve6, Open Road Song!" Nanook grinned and began to sing along, "The night is beckoning although I have nowhere to go but home, feels good to be alone!" About 5 minutes later he pulled into the KBEEN Parking lot. He was about to rush into the building when his way was blocked by a Bull Terrier. "So you're the new guy, heh? Don't look so tough ta me!" It snarled. "You'd be surprised, pal, I'm in a hurry--" Said Nanook, raising his eyebrow and smiling a little half-smile. Nanook had grown up in the bad part of town, his dad left him and his mom when he was ten, and 3 years later she remarried and had 'Nook. Soon he moved out, ran out of money, after his mother was killed in a car accident he took 'Nook and moved into a homeless shelter. He had learned how to take care of himself. Plus, his father had been a Wild Beanie, the reason he left. "Awwww, afraid to be late, Sissy?" Laughed the Terrier. "Oh, you want me to speak in your language? Beat it, Whitey!!!" Growled Nanook. The Terrier grumbled but moved out of the way, and Nanook charged up the stairs. He burst into the room just as his Co-Host was saying, "Well, it looks like Nanooks not coming..." "I'm here!" Yelped Nanook, "Sorry, I was held up by a large half witted Bull Terrier, mostly white, ya know him?" "Butch?" Asked his Co-host, Curly. "Ahhhhh, the name fits!" Said Nanook. At the end of the day he thought he did pretty good. ******************************************************************* Erin heard the doorbell ring and went to answer it, standing there were 2 cats, "Hi, I'm Silver and this is Amber, we heard you have a room the we could move into?" One said. "Errrrr, We do, I'll show you to it," said Erin, smiling at them. At 7:30 everyone (encluding the new Beanies) Settled down at the table to eat. "More cats? Geez, at the moment I'm the only dog here!" Cracked Nanook playfully, and Chanya threw a napkin at him. "So, where are you 2 from?" Asked Valentino. "I'm Amber and this is Silver, he's 16, I'm 15, we're from Bean City and we've run away from home," Said Amber. Princess' eyes bulged and she said, "Like,shouldn't we take them home?" "Oh! Pleeeeeeease don't! We don't have parents! Don't take us back to the orphange!!!!" Cried Amber. "I know lots of jokes!" Added Silver. "Ohhh, hush Silv, if they hear your jokes they'll kick us out!" Amber said to her brother. "Can't be any worse then Nuts'" Laughed Nanook. "Look who's talking!" Cried Nuts, "I don't HAVE to make ya food, N'nook." "Weeeeell, don't you think we should legally adopt them?" Said Valentina. "I guess I could, I mean, I just gained custody, Nanook and Nuts had to fight for it," Offered Chanya. The next day Chanya, Silver and Amber set off for Bean City. (Ok, It's short but I've got writers block!
