Scat glanced around nervously, she was in the line for the tightrope. She noted it wasn't a piece of fishing line like is looked like on TV, it was a piece of thick rope. She might have been nervous, but poor Ewey was a wreck! "Ewey, it's not high, and they've got a net under it!" She said to her shaking friend, then her turn came. She stepped onto the stool and carefully eased herself onto the rope, it wasn't that hard to balance! She carefully walked across and waited for Ewey. ********************************************************************************* Ewey whimpered as she shakily stumbled across the wire, then rushed to Scat, "That was easier then I thought it would be!" She whispered happily in her friend's ear. "Yeah! Someday we'll be able to do that!" said Scat, pointing to the high wire that Brit was on. ******************************************************************************** Luke laughed as he made a 5th attempt to ride a unicicle, and managed to actually ride it. "Hey, 'Nook! Check this out, my cheek just rubbed off!" he yelled to his friend. "Mine are comin' off, to!" Yelled 'Nook, they were talking about their clown faces. All in all, they were all Happy Campers. ********************************************************************************** Nanook Stared up at the KBEEN radio building and wondered why he set up this interview, *I can't believe I thought I could make it as a DJ! They'll never pick me!* he cursed himself as he walked into the huge building. KBEEN was one of the only radio stations in Beanieland that played human music, it was Nanook's favorite station. "Uhhh, Hi, I'm Nanook...I have an appointment with Roary," he said to a bored looking secretary. "Go right ahead, Nanook," She said, gesturing to a door. When Nanook walked in, he was greeted by a young friskey lion, "Nanook, right? I'm Roary, pleased to meet you... We've got that outta the way, time to start, what are your favorite bands?" He said. "Hi, My favorite bands are Offspring, Eve6, Glen, Limp Bizket, KoRn, Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray, Bare naked Ladies, and Everclear," said Nanook, appearing not the least ruffled by the question. "Good, name a song by each of the bands," said Roary. "OK, Offspring-Pretty Fly for a white guy... Eve6- Open Road Song.... Glen- Steal my sunshine..... Limp Bizket- Nookie... KoRn- Freak on a leash... Smash Mouth- All star... Sugar Ray- Every Morning... Bare Naked Ladies- One Week... Everclear- Father of mine," said Nanook, not even thinking. The rest of the interview was OK, finally Nanook went home happy. *********************************************************************************** That night Chanya found another gift, it was a basket of flowers. The note, though, was even better, "Chanya Dear, I'll reveal myself soon, but only if you leave a white rose petal on your front porch, meaning you'll accept me. LOVE! Your Secret admirerer." is what it said. Chanya left her room, she had a white rose to find!
