- Learn these going slow at first, then try them going faster. Ride forward with your front foot on the nose and back foot about 3 or 4 inches from the back bolts. Keep your weight balanced between your feet. When you pop you want all of your weight on your front foot then immediately shift all of your weight to your back foot as your sliding it up the board and stay centered over the board. Try to suck your feet as high as you can to get maximum height. Try to land with your feet over the bolts.
