In Loving Memory
Ted
Born 4/2/52, Death 5/17/00

I thank God for every moment we shared,
It didn't matter if they be good times or bad.
Because each moment meant new treasures
to place in its own memory box.
I sit back now and reflect on those times we had.
How short and precious they where.
I also Thank God for our being together for the 26 years we had.
Our wonderful sons and Grandchildren he gave us.
Even the Grandchild you didn't get to see when he was born.
You gave me Love Ted, love nothing could touch.
The memories are that of the Mountains
that we where blessed to share together.
Something that very few will ever
find in a lifetime time.
We stood together through it all.
Even to the end as I watched
you take your last breath.
I felt the comfort of knowing
God has taken you into his realm.
There are some Poems written for you Ted,
and here is where they will be shared with others.
So they too know that once they find love,
how important it is to hold onto it
for as long as they can.
But also for them to understand it does take two hearts
that become one to make that love work together.
Because without the two there is no real love.
Ted you gave love to your Dad,
how dear he is to your heart,
your mom, how short as her life was.
Then to your step mother,
who became a treasure to you.
You gave love to your brothers and sisters,
I am sure they will hold dear to them all 15 of them.
Also to your nieces and nephews.
You gave to your children memories,
they will hold until their last breath.
And yes even your Grandchildren you gave a part of you.
You gave to your friends the caring and moments of memories.
The laughter that rang in their ears as
the golf balls went the wrong way.
The caring moments when a friend was troubled you
where there to lend a helping hand.
Ted you gave a part that only God teaches us to give.
Love, Laughter, Caring. Sharing, Joy, Tears, and memories
that is a part of life some will never forget.

We will always love you
