i guess that's one gov't warning he'll never wanna hear.

no one has dared to challenge him and i guess no one will... EVER! that's why there's no question Elmer is the undisputed King of Talk! there's no dull moment when you're with him, satisfaction guaranteed!

one of the few additions to the original ECE-B kommunity, elmer has quickly built for himself a place in the class. He has his unique persona that no one will equal. And we're glad to have his new home here at B. Yeah he talks a lot alright but although cutting his talktime in half, he still has many things to offer. like.... aah... yung ano... BASTA!

kidding aside, he's always ready to help whenever you need one. whether it'll be about ECE projects or practical day-to-day problems, he has the answer. now it's up to you if you'll believe in him (-jk!). i guess all he wants to do is just to help and nothing else.

imagine life without him in the classroom... it'll be total silence.
