ECF Directives Acceptance Pledge

I, Louise Xander hereby accept and promise to abide by as well as uphold all the Directives of the Exploratory Crews of the Federation.

Louise was born aboard the USS Hopkins and led a fairly normal childhood. When she was three years old, the USS Hopkins was attacked by Romulans. All hands except Louise were lost to the battle and a subsequent boarding party. The toddler was informally adopted by Saavpek. T'Mansill, Saavpek's mate lost his life protecting the young Louise during a battle when Louise was seven. Saavpek continued to care for Louise over a period of five years.

In a turn of events that some would see as karma, Louise and her informal guardian were brought into the Federation and sponsored by a Starfleet officer by the name of Captain Rahde. Captain Rahde raised Louise as his own and instilled into her his beliefs and moral ethics.

She married Svonok Xander and had 7 children named Clint Von, Xena Alexia, Svonok II, Melissa Sue, Terra Lynn, Alexander Lee, and Christopher Jacobs. Svonok, her husband, was proclaimed dead in the line of duty but his body was never found. His left claw with the wedding ring still on it was found and given to her. At first she trusted no one because they would get killed or would die, but when she joined up with Starfleet and the Federation she started trusting again when she found out that not everyone dies.

She later married Ko'Si Hi'Qa'Ri and had 6 children named Ko'Si II, Kerri, Ka'Rin, Ke'Dra, So'Ra and Aurora.
