Jonathan Patrick Love was born on Earth (PA) to John and Patricia Love, and was there only son. Jonathan had a happy childhood, and the type of parents that encouraged him no matter what it was he did. His parents always told him he could be whatever he wanted to be, as long as he stayed focused and worked to achieve it. From a very young age his parents enrolled him in tap dance classes, which he stuck with throughout his whole life. It was about this time in his life that he knew he wanted to be an officer aboard a starship, and every chance he got he read about the exploits and adventures of the Federation. He worked hard to develop his body and mind, and knew one day he would get accepted into the Starfleet academy. He excelled in both grammar school and high school, graduating from the latter a year early.

Upon graduation Jonathan put in his application for Starfleet Academy and then began training his body as thoroughly as he trained his mind. He began a grueling workout routine and started taking Shotokan karate to help improve his body. All this time he still maintained his tap dance classes as well. He knew he would not be accepted into the academy until he hit 21 years of age so he helped out in his uncle's lounge. Every chance he got he would talk to the patrons, especially to those who had once been Starfleet officers. It was from these stories that he heard that fed his dreams and encouraged him even more. 4 short years later Jonathan was accepted into the academy where he majored in Security protocols and minored in both Navigation and Operations.

The USS Lexington is his first assignment where he serves as an assistant security officer. He has just been recently promoted to the rank of Yeoman. He is currently 25 years of age and single, but looking for that special somebody.
