ECF Directives Acceptance Pledge

I, Hanover Quick Eagle Fritz hereby accept and promise to abide by as well as uphold all the Directives of the Exploratory Crews of the Federation.

When Hanover was a Toddler it was discovered that he definitely had very fast reflexes, almost a precognitive ability. His parents knew of family members from the past with similar abilities and that it is a trait carried by native Americans that showed up in individuals after 3 or 4 generations. As Hanover grew older he naturally took to sports. Being faster than all his classmates he excelled. However, his parents knew that in order to be a well developed athlete his education was very important as well. Hanover attended schools that prepared him to be his best. Early on in Hanover's academic career he knew that he was bound for Starfleet Academy.

Hanover entered Starfleet Academy a young teen and graduated with honors. Hanover's parents still reside in Michigan and are upstanding citizens with prominent careers and are very proud of their son. Hanover's sister, Martha is currently a pre-med student attending the University of Michigan. A big party with all Hanover's family attending was held in Hanover's honor the day he graduated Starfleet Academy and assigned to the Flagship USS Intrepid as assistant science personnel.
