Quench the Thirst
April 22, 2000
There is always a cloud of darkness,
That burns into the light.
A Piercing beam of energy,
That cuts from the moon at night.
and yet we must live to die,
to walk where our spirits lead.
To choose to taste the blood of others,
Or let them watch us as we choose to Bleed.
We must learn to love each other,
loving only ourselves first.
Feed love to stop the hunger,
And pain to quench the thirst.
