Greetings! Well since you're here, that means you want to know more about me.
I was born on October 23 and raised in Prattville, Alabama so that makes me a
true Southern Belle! I'm the youngest of 6 children. Four brothers and one sister.
My oldest two brothers are waiting for me in heaven. What a reunion that will
be!
My mom and dad raised myself and each of my siblings in the church and surrounded
us with much love. I always knew that I could go to my parents for support and
even my brothers and sister if need be. I thank God for giving me such a wonderful
home to be born and raised in.
I went to a Christian school where I was involved with sports, music and drama.
I was on the volleyball team for 4 years and throughly enjoyed it! We were state
champs 3 of those 4 years! I was also co-head cheerleader for our football team.
What wonderful years those were! And I'll never forget my dad being up in
those stands or on the sidelines, supporting me and sometimes cheering louder than
I was! Thanks Dad... I love you.
My mom always encouraged me to follow my dreams
Maybe that's why it was so easy to go in each night and share those dreams with her.
We've shared so many things, that it seems she's more my best friend than my mother.
I guess it was only fitting that because of the closeness, it was she who lead me to Christ.
I love you mom....
At the tender age of 14, I met the man of my dreams in our youth group at church.
I brought him home one day to meet my parents. He was the first guy my dad approved
of, so I kept him! And now I've been married for 20 years to this wonderful man.
Fred is a chaplain in the U.S. Navy and we have lived all over the world including Germany and just recently, Okinawa, Japan. We now reside in Jacksonville, Florida where he is stationed aboard the USS Philippine Sea. We are planning yet another move this summer (July 2000) to Kunia, Hawaii.
We have two beautiful teenagers who love the Lord. Jeremy, also known as "Blaze" is 18 and attends the University of Mobile in Mobile, Alabama.

I began taking piano lessons at the age of eight and enjoy all types of music.
Jacksonville State University at Jacksonville, Alabama was where I studied Music
Education and English Literature. Music has always been a part of my life.
I have taught piano to children and adults for nine years which I find challenging and rewarding.
I also enjoy doing crafts, Tole Painting, reading and spending time with friends. Many of whom I have made through the Christian Coffeehouse. God has indeed blessed me with friends like you. Thank you for checking out my home page. Please come back as it changes often!
