Fortunately this has not been a large problem in the Western Canada
Provinces ,but as the Mastiff popularity is on the rise it can and will
happen , as seen with the starved ( 95 lbs ) and neglected rescue
girl . Due to tender loving care by the Breeder she was able to be placed
into a caring home where she is thoroughly spoiled .
We urge you to contact our Rescue Service if Breeders are unwilling
to take back one of their own , or cannot be located . Every effort
will be made to health and temperament test
and finding suitable homes , where they will be well loved and looked
after the way any animal deserves .
Potential rescue homes will be asked to complete a questionaire
. All rescue Mastiffs need to be spayed or neutered and a donation to our
rescue fund will be welcomed .
