The first really big drug craze of the 21st century was the beginning of the end of time. It started with a strange brew of Pharmatek called Dimorphopixelene or DMP. It was known on the street as the Dump. Not many could tell you how it worked, it was Realtek. It was a dermal patch worn on the skin, but it was like nothing else on Earth. Once the Secret was out, backoffice Tekeez around the globe suddenly created a whole new Subcultural Revolution virtually overnight. Basically, the "In a Nutshell, O'Reilly," was that after MK-Ultra was MK-Mega and this was the Bomb. Experiments conducted by Mk-Mega with Dimethyl Tryptamine (DMT), the predecessor of DMP, revealed a method wherein the Hypercircus was to grow.
It wasn't long before DMP was a major tool of the Cultural Reprogamming Specialist and it was only a matter of time before the Genii escaped its bottle.
When the general principles of DMP manufacture were irreversibly downloaded to every public bulletin board on the internet, the revolution had begun in ernest.
Movies, Television, the whole Media empire collapsed beneath the might and magnitude of DMP. In the wink of an eye, the whole Dump Culture began. You see, DMP could encode anything! The only limits were the imaginations and capabilities of the Angeltekies themselves
but in the space of five short years things had become radically different.
Now, instead of Video stores and Sports Bars, there are Sensatoriums and Hypershops, DMP Galleries and DumpHouses. Instead of just an exercise in escapism you get exegesis; instead of bland hedonic fixation you get deep and penetrating explorations of and into the many dimensions of the Hypercircus. Here in the Hypercircus, the Angeltek is God.
