We are a leadership training organization comprised of young people from ages 18 to 41 who have a desire for self improvement and want to make an impact on our community. The Florence Jaycees are one of the greatest local chapters in the Alabama Jaycees. We are also members of the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce and Junior Chamber International. Our members come from different cities in the area and we serve the communities in the entire Shoals area. We are the volunteers that help make a difference in our local communities!
