The Golden AnniversaryI met him when my youth was still intact and
all my dreams were simply of the glory days
ahead....I loved him when my girlish charms were innocent
and every blush he saw came from the
heart....I aged with him when years began to weather
bones and rip away at dreams yet
unfullfilled....I burried him when life and breathe and hope
itself exhausted every chance it ever had....Fifty years together
Ended in a moment
And now I am alone
....again
