Born on June 27 in Los Angeles, California, Robert Newman studied at the University of California at Northridge, the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco, and the Strasberg Institute. He is married to actress Britt Helfer (ex-Lily, Loving) and together they have two children--Connor and Kendall.
