Heroes of Might and Magic Patches

In the following page you can download all the updates to Heroes of Might and Magic series.

Note it is always advised to use 3DO GameUpdate in order to update your games. Only when you have a bad connection to the internet and afraid to get disconnected in the middle. Only then we advise you to download the patches from here. We recommend to use some download accelerator to speed up the download.

This file will upgrade your Armageddon's Blade from version 2.0 to 2.2.

HOMM III Shadow of Death

This file will upgrade your Shadow of Death from version 3.0 to 3.2.

For those who have updated to version 3.1 in previous patches this file will upgrade your Shadow of Death from version 3.1 to 3.2.

General info

All players in a multi-player game must have the same version of Heroes III it doesn't matter what add-on you play.  If you attempt to play with someone who is using different version of the game please instruct that person to update Heroes III, using the GameUpdate feature.

After the Download:

1. Double click on the appropriate file.   The program will search for the path to Heroes III on your hard drive.   A status bar will appear for each of the files that will be updated.
   
2. If the Heroes III directory cannot be found, the program will ask you to find the Heroes III program.   Navigate to the Heroes III directory on your hard drive and select "Heroes3.exe" and click 'OK.'   The program will then install the update.
