This story started off as an experiment in doing a round-robin format story (one person wrote one part and passed it on to another to continue). As time wore on, everyone got too busy with other things to continue it so I took it upon myself to finish it up. It's far from the best story any of us has written, but considering it's humble origins, I think we did all right with what we had.
