First the good things. You have never been so pampered short of a cruse
ship in your life. The staff are
always asking you if you need anything. The rooms are very large, the
main pool is huge and unlike
Hawaii is heated so you have no reason ever to just hop right in. The
staff is always cleaning, painting,
and smiling. The all day snack bar is a big hit, wish they had more
variety, also the secret spot for the
best beer. Eithor go for the non-rush relaxing atmospher, or join in
the fun around the pool. Just go there,
the best there is, and it's getting better. The ugly, the management
relies too much on the buffet line to
feed the vast majority of the visitors. A buffet is a buffet, stay
away from the Romanion pork, or eat your
book it will taste better. Still only two of the extra restaurants
were open, one buffet and one sit down. My
wife saw a mouse in the kitchen buffet one morning. The salads are
different, go see yourself. The
expresso stand is only open at night in the bar. This should be open
all day, have flavered syrups, and
able to make mochas. The hot tubs were not heated, eithor inside or
outside until our last days at the
resort. While it is nice not to have drunken louts hanging around you
wife and children, it would be nice to
put some booze in the drinks. What I would do to improve the experience,
knock out the windows in the
main buffet room, Hawaiian restaurants don't have them and its just
as hot there. The outdoor buffet
needs to be less dress code and more accessable. Get better beer, GET
BETTER COFFEE. And Fix The
Tables in the Main Buffet Room!!!!
