It was great until they charged my credit card $140.00 for spa charges
that someone else must have
charged to our room. We were told the charges were dropped at check
out. Two calls through Expedia have
not resolved the problem. After both calls I was promised a call back
within the hour by the hotel staff. Still
no response. Be careful with your credit card with this hotel. Since
I had no charges, I asked and received
the stamped orginal with carbon copies from Check-in and they still
charged my account.
