Once, in a far off island called Avalon, the city Faylinn was prosperous. Faylinn is where the castle/palace of King William and Queen Adonia was located. They have two daughters: the eldest, Nyx, has shoulder length black layered hair with blue highlights and deep blue eyes, and the youngest, Lani, has elbow length black hair with red highlights and black eyes. It was the most beautiful and wonderful kingdom. Here we could find fairies, unicorns, and all sorts of magical beings such as witches and wizards. The royal family, though, has immense power. There powers are born to them and those, like the Queen, who married into the family, received their own powers just after their marriage. Along with these powers, the royal family all have infinity symbols on their foreheads. (an infinity symbol is a sideways 8)

Audrey, Nyx's best friend, lived in the palace with her mother, who was the head housekeeper at the time. Audrey has dark blue wavy hair and green eyes. She and Nyx would always be off and about doing who knows what at night. Lani, on the other-hand, would stay home and play music with her friend Sherri. Sherri has shoulder length blonde hair and blue eyes and she plays the harp; Lani plays the flute.

This peaceful place is hidden from most and most die trying to find it. The sea is a luscious clear blue. The creatures in the water are all friendly and people love to escape to the ocean at times. There are lakes within the kingdom and there are spots of open land outside the forest. There is a legend that the mighty King Arthur had traveled here to die, but no one knows for sure if he has. Everyone lives eternally, but there are rare occasions where they do not-which may have happened, but again, no one can be sure.

Lani: Mother, where did Nyx go?

Adonia: I do not know my child. Maybe Audrey knows, have you asked her.

Lani: Yes, but she does not know either.

Adonia: Well, if she is not back by morning we will go search for her.

Nyx: *Her hair is down and blowing in the wind. She looks out to the sea and closes her eyes and sighs. She opens them fast and then runs to the waves, surfboard in hand* Here goes! *She gets onto her surfboard w/ her black bikini on*

She starts to walk the board and then gets down after riding a wave. She walks to a nearby palm tree and shakes off the water. She sees a figure approaching and puts her hand over her eyes to see whom it is. She smiles and gives the figure a hug.

Nyx: What are you doing here Harvey?

Harvey: *smiles* Looking for you silly. Your sister was looking for you and caused quite a commotion when no one could find you. I figured I would find you here.

Nyx: *puts down her surfboard into the sand and puts her hair up in a ponytail* Well, you are the only one who knows about this spot. Good thing you found me, I would probably be out there all day.

Harvey: *pulls her close* We do not have to leave yet. *Gives her a kiss*

Nyx: *smiles while kissing but pulls back* Did you hear that?

Harvey: *looks around* I did not hear anything.

Nyx: *ears prick up and hears something from the ocean. She looks to see the sun coming down* Is that… *sees something in the water*

Harvey: *sees something in the distance as well*

Nyx: *looks determined* I think there's someone hurt out there. I gotta go help them.

Harvey: *grabs hold of her arm* You know we're not supposed to do that.

Nyx: *looks at him and loosens his grip easily* Strange… *snaps out of it* Well, I don't care what the 'rules of the land' are--those people could need our help! *gets her surfboard and heads to the sea. She turns back* You're either coming or leaving; which will it be?

Harvey: *looks around* I don't have a board, sorry.

Nyx: *rolls her eyes and heads in; she yells back* Then what's that huh? *smirks*

Harvey: *looks at his arm, which is holding a surfboard* Hey! *heads in reluctantly*

Nyx: *paddles with all her might and gains a great distance from Harvey. The sun is almost completely down* Better make it! *paddles even harder and finally comes to a little row boat*

Inside the row boat are a girl, who has green short hair and, a boy, w/ dark green spiked hair, and a gray cat with a strange crescent moon bald spot on its forehead.

Harvey: *catches up a little out of breath* You sure did get here fast.

Nyx: *doesn't hear him talking to her* This cat looks like Belle. *looks at the boy and girl and then grabs her heart*

Harvey: *looks worriedly at her and puts an arm over her* You ok?

Nyx: *takes a deep breath* Yea, I'm fine.

The boy and girl begin to stir and Nyx and Harvey hold hands, somewhat excited and frightened at the same time

Girl: *opens her eyes* Who? What? *wakes up the boy and the cat*

Boy: *groans* Leave me alone! *opens his eyes and stretches. He looks at the girl and then looks at Nyx and Harvey* She carries the symbol!

Nyx: *looks a little stunned* Um… hi. Are you two, I mean the three of you ok?

Girl: *nods; is still in shock*

Boy: Who… are you? *picks up the cat*

Harvey: Maybe we should get you to land before we start answering or asking questions.

Boy+Girl: *nod*

Nyx: *gets off her board and drags the boat onto the shore*

Harvey: You sure are getting pretty strong nowadays.

Nyx: *looks puzzled, but helps the two strangers out of the boat*

Boy: Well, first off, my name is Spike and this here is my sister Zayn.

Harvey: *looks at the girl's hazel eyes and then blushes*

Nyx: *puts out her hand* I am Nyx and this is Harvey; and this is Avalon. *she motions to the whole island*

Zayn: *looks up at the enormous trees* Avalon! It really does exist!

Spike: *smiles and then looks at Nyx earnestly* May I ask where you got that from? *points at the infinity symbol on her forehead*

Nyx: Oh, that. Well, I am the princess of this land--of the beach to be more specific. Our royal family all have these symbols.

Spike: *falls to his knees and holds Nyx's hand and kisses it* It's too good to be true.

Nyx: *blushes*

Harvey: *gets jealous and angrily pulls Nyx away and says* Excuse me, but this is my girlfriend.

Zayn: *puts a hand on is arm* It's ok. He didn't mean it that way. Right Spike?

Spike: *blushes* Yes.

Nyx: *feels something on her leg and looks down and smiles* Why, hello there. *picks up the cat* You know, you look just like my cat Belle. Do you talk?

Cat: *blushes and meows and then says* Yes.

Nyx: *petting the cat* And what is your name?

Cat: Tass. *purrs*

Nyx: *smiles and then hears trumpets* Oh no, they must be out looking for me. *closes her eyes and her infinity symbol begins to glow blue. The glow beams out into the sky and the trumpets stop. A purple beam appears in the sky and Nyx turns to the others*

Harvey: That was the Queen searching for Nyx here. We have to be on our way.

Spike+Zayn: *nod*

On the way to the castle, they encounter fairies and other delightful entities which amaze Zayn and Spike. They tell Harvey and Nyx that they had traveled in search of someone with the infinity symbol who could help them to fight evil back where they came from. Their ship got wrecked and they were the only survivors. They drifted to Avalon and were hoping that, after seeing Nyx, that either she or someone from the royal family would be able to help them.

Nyx: *looks up at the castle gates* Open the gates! *she sees a man look down and then he yells to other men to open the gates*

Harvey: Maybe you should cover up, Nyx.

Nyx: *nods* Don't worry, I already know. *she steps past the gates and then magically appears in her gown. Her gown is roman styled--it ties around her neck and crisscrosses over the front--- and her head is adorned with tiny white flowers*

Spike+Zayn: *look in awe and step in looking at the enormous castle*

They all head inside and Nyx gives them a little mini tour of the castle a they head toward the throne room. She looks at everyone and then turns around. They are all wearing proper clothes-Harvey in ablack long-sleeved shirt and black pants and Zayn and Spike in some Renaissance-type-looking clothes. They all enter the throne room and see two figures on large velvet thrones.

Nyx: *gives a slight curtsey*

Harvey+Zayn+Spike: *bow*

Adonia: *gets up* Nyx, you had all of us worried. Well, what do you have to say for yourself? *looks at the strangers who are amazed by her beauty* And who are these two?

Nyx: Well, I was out looking over my domain when I came across these two. *she goes to her father and kneels by his side* We found them at sea and I decided to help them. Please don't punish Harvey for helping me!

William: *puts a hand on his daughter's head and smiles* Don't worry. I know how you are and helping these people was a good thing. You're doing more good every day.

Harvey: *clears his throat as he introduces Spike and Zayn*

Adonia: Well, we are pleased to have you here. We hope that you have a pleasant stay here… *sees the cat* Tass?
