Dad & Gerald were born the same year...1917...
Gerald had mastoids & was also hit on the head by a teacher with a large book
(hard) according to Dad....and died not long after at the age of twelve years...1929.......
Gerald was the son of Dad's Uncle Cliff & Aunt Teen (Tena MacDonald).....
(death certificute reads...born..Jul 20, 1917...died...Jan.6 1928)
Cliff was Olive Allen's brother(our grandmother...Olive Allen)
she also had two sister's...Aunt Winnie Allen (Tittershill) & Aunt Vivian Allen (Spurr)
The following information was sent to Dad by Aunt Georgina
Toga's children(our great, great grandfather James Allen)..died the summer of 1925 when Georgina was 10 years old
Aunt Georgina told me that she remembers going to a house
with her mother, when he was "layed out"
