LGBA PRESENTS . . . Forum 1 “All About Gamecocks” Seminar

The Luzon Gamecock Breeders Association will be in the forefront of a worthy task of sharing with everyone who can find time as a participant, in a seminar – “All About Gamecocks”. 

It will be an event that is practical in approach to enhance ones advancement in the field of breeding and raising gamecocks.  It will be held on August 6 & 7, 2004 at Sulo Hotel, Matalino St., Civic Center, Quezon City.  It will feature the following topics: 

• Farm management system and practices

• Introduction to pedigreed broodstock, selection and sourcing

• Farm facilities layout

• Cockerels/stags screening and wing banding activities

• Preparation for stag competitions

• Feed and nutrition; Feed formulations

• Unified stag/cock derby rules and regulations

• Sabong ethics, "fowl play" fight analysis

• Pre-conditioning and conditioning methods/designs

• Hosting of derby promotions/events

• Maintaining a winning line – practical and technical aspects

• And many others!!!

In addition, we will be providing technical presentation and product spotlights of major companies in the industry.

The seminar fee will be P3,500.00 for LGBA members and P5,000.00 for non-members, inclusive of seminar kit, snack, lunch and cocktail/dinner for the two (2) day affair.
