My name is Jeremy J. Divers and I am an artist. This site is dedicated to my talent and is a potential resume for my future clients. I created this site when I was in college and it was mainly devoted to my artwork. For those who have visited my site there is going to be some new changes in the immediate future. New links dedicated to some of my other interests and articles of my philosophical anecdotes and BS. Expect a total makeover within the next year or so.

I am currently living out my dream as an art teacher, a dream I've pursued since I was a child. I teach K-8 art at Auxvasse Elementary in Auxvasse Missouri. I am also a freelance artist and photographer and I run my own graphics studio called "The Creative Impulse."

I received my Bachelors of Fine Art  from Columbia College in Columbia Missouri and had my first personal art exhibition entitled "An Artist's Journey" Since then I've displayed my work through the Columbia Art League, including the Boone County Bank Show and had a personal exhibition at the Vault Gallery in Mexico Missouri.

Art has always been my life and my first love. "Art is everywhere, all one has to do is open their eyes"

This Image  was created at the request of my principal, he needed a cover for our teacher's handbook. This image has the four mascots of our district. the mascots represent the students as they are taking off to a new future. This image started as a pencil drawing that was scanned into the computer and colored using Adobe Photoshop.
