We charge $2000 per hunter for each unguided hunt. Watch for some price changes on all hunts ! We specialize in unguided moose and caribou hunts. The areas we put our base camps will give each hunter an excellant chance to see and take moose, or the game that you sign on for. We have hunted Alaska and the same areas off and on for 27 years and know the game unit and its population very well. All hunts are conducted in non-motorized areas, thus making for some very good hunting and the animals are not all spooked as they are where vehicles can get into the area! All hunters and their gear are transported to base camp by horses, as that is the only way into the area!
A licensed Alaskan Transporter can not stay in camp with you and can not assist you while you attempt to take a game animal. He can give you advice if you wish, such as where and how to hunt and many other details. He can answer most questions dealing with clothing, what to bring and what not to bring, weapon choices, optics and even food lists if desired.
Our first moose hunt of the season only has room for six hunters and the last hunt takes only three hunters so get your reservations in early to assure your hunt! We only take six caribou hunters per year also.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the hunt is required in order to reserve your hunt. Your deposit can be transferred to another hunter up to 60 days prior to the hunt date if you make proper arrangements. Your deposit can also be transferred to another year if you can not make the trip when planned. Call for special information about sheep and grizzly hunting and possible combination prices
