Second Update since the Trial Run started

Well the site is progressing toward completion,
this are the lastest things that just came in.
- The Promotion page is up with thanks to Tarry for giving the info needed,its under the
Advance Navel School.
- The Clan structure and Personal contacts have been updated.
- A Credits page is added to express thanks to people who have helped.
