My Dear Brother

To my brother Ray  is suffering with Lou Gehrid.

Dear Brother remember you are in my thoughts

And always in my heart.

I pray for you each day 

so you do not suffer such pain.

The angels will spread  their wings for you.

As they  looks upon your face with love

This past year has been so very hard

As you slowly see your body not responding inch by inch

How hard your journey has been this past year

How I wish to see you before the angels come for you.

Just remember you are loved and cared for.

How I longed to be near at your time of need.

How I wish I could take this illness  from you

How I longed to hold you in my arms and take the pain away.

You have been blessed with a  loving wife  who stood by your side 

Even through all the different emotions you have been through

She will always be family to me and in my heart.

You have been blessed to have brothers near by.

How blessed you were to see our Mom before your call  will come and the angels will be coming to get you.

We will someday be with you in paradise where there is no pain and suffering.  

Remember dear brother you will always be in my heart.

I have regret that we had not gotten closer sooner.

I wished so much to see you before the angels come to get you.

Remember dear brother that I love you.
