W.P. Rhythmic Gymanstics Ribbon
The use of the Gymnastics Ribbon is much like using a whip, only more graceful and less risky for the user. As we see in Ranma 1/2 Kodachi uses a special 'razor' ribbion, along with her other dastardly implements. +1 to strike or entangle at levels 1, 3, 6, 10, and 13. +1 to damage (special) at levels 4, 9, and 13. This weapon cannot be used to parry!
Damage:Average Ribbon only does 1 damage, but a special 'razor' ribbon like Kodachi had will do 1d8 damage.
W.P. Rhythmic Gymnastics Hoop
The use of the Gymnastics Hoop is usually for entanglement, and once again in the case of Kodachi sometimes there's the use of a razor-edged hoop. +1 to strike HTH or thrown at levels 1, 4, 6, 9, 12, and 15. No bonuses to parry as the fragile hoop usually is broken as a result.
Damage: Average hoop does 1d6, but the razor edged hoop does 2d6.
W.P. Broom
In the Ranma OVA "An Akane to Remember", we see Shinosuke subdue many a giant animal w/ his broom. Because the broom is heavier on one end as apposed to a staff which is balanced on both ends, damage is abit higher but use for parrying is minimized. Strike bonuses are identical to the Staff W.P. +1 to parry at levels 3, 6, 9, and 13. +1 to damage at levels 6, 10, and 14.
Damage: Average broom does 2d6+1 damage.
W.P. Spatula
This proficiency covers the use of normal kitchen spatulas and specially designed combat spatulas (normal-sized and over-sized). Normal spatulas are only good for combat if they happen to be made of metal (but no self-respecting chef would be caught dead with a plastic spatula anyway); even so, they will undoubtedly break or bend after a few melees of combat action, becoming completely useless for anything. Combat spatulas do not have this problem, being designed for both fighting and cooking. Small combat spatulas are designed for melee combat and throwing, and so have no balance difficulties. Over-sized combat spatulas are much larger and more unwieldy but can still be thrown at a -4 penalty to strike. +1 to strike and parry at levels 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 12, and 15. +1 to throw at levels 2, 4, 7, 10, 13, and 15.
Damage: See the up coming Okonomiyaki Chef Martial Arts for detail on combat spatulas!
W.P. Mallet
Although normally used with the Blunt W.P., some people have made handling the mallet an art of its own. Those skilled enough have been known to smash through several feet of concrete, and launch people possibly hundreds of feet in one blow, while though it does major damage, the mallet is unwieldly and difficult to strike with. +1 to strike at levels 3, 6, 9 ,12. +1 to damage at levels 3, 5, 10, and 15. By using up two attacks the person is able to do double damage, or instead of doing possibly lethal damage, send a person flying a length equal to their P.S.+100ft+20ft per level, this can only be performed w/ large two handed mallets.
Damage: Small hand mallet does 1d6 damage, and a very-large two-handed mallet does 3d6 damage.
W.P. Dice(!)
That's correct, people with this skill specialize in throwing dice with amazing accuracy (this is also intended to work with Lazar's GM Dice Rules). The person is +1 to strike with thrown dice at levels 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, and 15.
Damage: Normal dice all do 1 damage, however SPECIAL sharpened dice made from special plastics are able to do damage as per their D type. (i.e. a d4 does 1d4 damage, a d6 does 1d6 damage, and a d20 does 1d20 damage), these dice however, cost around $30 each, so don't waste 'em!
