Phong is the COMMAND.COM of Mainframe...well he is until Megabyte rips of his head and put it in a jar. But thats a different story. Phong is a wise old sprite who is willing to give advice to any of the sprites of Mainframe...if you can be him at his favorite game. Pong. But more times than not, no one understands his advice, not even him. But it is always wise and deep.
