Dot partially owns about every business in Mainframe. This includes the restaurants Dot's Diner, which she owns completely, and Al's Wait and Eat on Leven 31. She calm, level headed and a workaholic. She is Bob's totally opposite in every way, but heh, opposites attract, don't they? In Arc Four of Season 4 she becomes the COMMAND.COM of Mainframe.
