Change your driver's name to "SETUSA" anytime during the game to start the next race with $10,000.
New Time Attack Mode
When the "NOTICE" screen appears when you first turn the game on, quickly press Up, X, Right, Y, Down, B, Left, A, A on Controller 2 before the screen fades. Now there will be a new mode for you to play, Time Attack. In this mode, you must finish the race before the timer elapses.
Sound Test
When the "NOTICE" screen appears when you first turn the game on, quickly press L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, L, R, R on Controller 2 before the screen fades. A Sound Test will appear. Use Controller 1 to listen to the sounds.
Sound Test
On the Player Select screen, enter your name as "SOUND." A Sound Test will appear.
Special game 1
When the "NOTICE" screen appears when you first turn the game on, press X four times and Y twice on Controller 2 before the screen fades. Instead of a racing game, you can now play a special multi-player game in which you destroy blocks.
Special game 2
When the "NOTICE" screen appears when you first turn the game on, press Y four times and X twice on Controller 2 before the screen fades. Instead of a racing game, you can now play a special multi-player game in which you destroy your opponent three times to win.
Track select
When the "NOTICE" screen appears when you first turn the game on, press A four times and B 14 times on Controller 2 before the screen fades. When beginning an F-1 race in Grand Prix mode, go to the course option, then press Up or Down to change tracks.
